Abstract: The thrust of this study is the classification and characterization of the language deficiencies in the written English of the final year students of Imo State University. To be able to achieve the objective of the study, a total of 200 male and female students were randomly selected from the various departments in all the faculties in the University. A written composition test was administered on the students. During the course of the test, the students were required to write on the spot a two-foolscap-paged essay on one out of three topics. This is related to tourism development as a service sector that is expected to increase revenue both for the local agents of tourism and the government. By understanding the potential, a strategy can be applied in order to develop tourism. This research is expected to support the application of good governance programs in the Indonesian government system, especially in fishery and tourism.

Abstract: Though knowledge on climate change has increased over time, previous studies showed that knowledge on farmers' perception on resilience to climate change and its variability was lacking. This study examined farmers' perceptions on resilience to climate change and its variability in Meatu and Iramba districts, Tanzania. A cross-sectional research design was used whereby, information was collected from 183 randomly selected households using a questionnaire. In addition, key informant interviews and focus group discussions were used to collect data. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyse quantitative data. In addition qualitative data were analyzed by using content analysis. Over 73% of household heads perceived to be highly resilient..........

Abstract: In Aceh, it is important in purchase agreement to make a model harmonization of Islamic law, customary law and Western civil law. The process of ijab and qabul is done by the people of Aceh in the belief that transactions have to be legal both under the laws of the country and under Islamic law. Abstract: The paper tackles the soundscapes of prisons as a manifestation of the power relations within the physical and spatial landscapes of imprisonment. In this context, the paper argues that duality between the notions of crime and punishment as well as between the actors who represent the rebel and the law is directly reflected in the soundscapes of prisons.
