Abstract: Javanese ethnicity has a very high religiosity. They acknowledge God as the creator themselves and the universe; whom also controls both. The acknowledgement of God's existence is a part of individual religiosity. The gifted students have the excellent thinking ability to acknowledge God's existence. This study aims to determine the gifted students' acknowledgment of God's existence in their dailylives. The method to collect thedata was written interviews with 13 Javanese gifted students. Data were analyzed by categorizing the emerged themes. The results showed that in the gifted students' acknowledgement, God's presence in their lives can be felt through various ways, such as; when they had problems, wish fulfillment, when they did something wrong (morally), through worshiped (prayed), and witnessed God's greatness.

Assessment of learning that has been applied has not been optimal to contribute to the measurement of the five domains of science that reflects the competence as expected.The purpose of this study is to make and use alternative assessments that can improve the five domains of learning science using STS learning model and guided inquiry in MI (Islamic Elementary School) Darul Huda Sleman. Abstract: Trade Secrets under the terms of the positive law of Indonesia (Law No. 30 of 2000). In determining the system of trade secret law, however, we must mengedapankan national interest. Therefore, in selecting the legal system should be considered public awareness including national entrepreneurs to understand and associate Rights Intellectual Property especially the system of trade secrets with a business strategy that is national and international level and their ability to master trade secrets and use them in the competitive arena of business, too, need assessed the level of understanding of the law enforcement agencies (such as judges, prosecutors, and police), including officials of government agencies (eg, officials at the department of justice and human rights, department of industry and commerce, health department, directorate general of customs and excise, finance department) to Intellectual Property rights in general and in particular trade secrets
