Abstract: Victim commitment is refer to a kind of commitment which based on that the victim allow others to infringe their own disposable rights to the implement criminal damage behavior, and its commitment is very important for doer to take the criminal responsibility, it can reduce the behavior of accountability, and even the illegality of human behavior can be excluded .Victim commitment is from the legal motto of Roman jurist Urbian "to the intended person does not have infringed" , it mean when the perpetrator act out a violation, the victim will not have the problem of infringement if the act and its result is the victim's intended behavior...........

Abstract: Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS), launched in 2013 aims at providing strategic funding to eligible state higher educational institutions. The central funding (in the ratio of 60:40 for general category States, 90:10 for special category states and 100% for union territories) would be norm based and outcome dependent. The funding would flow from the central ministry through the state governments/union territories to the State Higher Education Councils before reaching the identified institutions. The funding to states would be made on the basis of critical appraisal of State Higher Education Plans, which would describe each state's strategy to address issues of equity, access and excellence in higher education.

Abstract: The Higher Education status is still derived by the value of GER (Gross Enrollment Ratio). The districts of West Bengal, India have been compared taking data from National Survey (AISHE). The districts are also compared and groups into clusters using cluster analysis.

Abstract: Communication complexity scale (CCS)Brady et al., 2012 [1]was developed to assess the communication of individuals with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities who are mostly presymbolic communicators in the context of examiner-child scripted interaction. In the present study, CCS was adapted to assess communication oftwo typically developing children of 1.6 years age in unscripted free-play interaction context with their mothers. The communication of both children were analyzed to find the types of presymbolic and symbolic communication behaviors that occurred as a single entity with the three orientation patterns namely single, dual and triadic.............
