Abstract:Background: One of the primary reason people look for clinical consideration is low back torment (LBP) which is widely prevalent in everyone, but the problem is significantly more prevalent in medical healthcare and, particular in nurses. Abstract: Most of the Desai's characters have been stuck by alienation or dislocation as mentioned earlier. The main characters the judge, Sai, and Biju live in two worlds: the Indian class system and the Western world. Every day these two worlds are associated in their social interactions, their expectations and anticipations. Characters that are introduced continues the patter of the last i.e. Each of these people is wealthy, foreign, or educated, and most of them are some combination of the three. They profit from the social system as it currently stands, and though most of them do not remember the experiences of colonialism, all of them benefit from the newer system of globalization. A sensitive response to the diasporic challenges characterise Kiran Desai's fictional world. Moreover, she is an intelligent and erudite novelist embracing the cross currents of her multi-cultural milieu. She is dedicated to the art of fiction, the voices and visions of the new generation of world citizens experiencing a set of values in an age of globalization and pursuing their ambitious aspirations in the midst of contemporary challenges of life.

Abstract: Hibah is a gift given from one person to another who is still alive voluntarily and without compensation. A hibah is a one-sided agreement with obligations but without rights. In Islamic law, it is forbidden to take back property that has been donated. Based on Pasal 212 of the Compilation of Islamic Law, hibah cannot be retracted, except for the hibah of parents to their children. But what about the annulment of the hibah deed based on the Supreme Court's decision no. 702K/Ag/2017? Based on the decision, the hibah deeds given by parents to their children have been declared null and void. Abstract: Women have always been considered as a weaker section of the society in the third world. In Indian society, women have always been a subject to exploitation and disparity both from the physical and mental point of view. The issue becomes even more serious in slums and squatter settlements where women are facing various problems. Owing to prevalence of illiteracy, they do not have proper jobs in hand and thus there is large scale dependency on their male counterparts in each and every aspect of life. Abstract: Family relationships are important for a child's social wellbeing. However, little is known about family relationships among the deaf, especially those in inclusive vocational settings. Deaf trainees need to be shown love and support as they move into their teenage years, just as they were younger. The purpose of the study was to identify different ways in which families support Deaf trainees in their social interactions. The study focused on St. Angela Mumias Vocational School for the Deaf and was anchored on the Theory of Mind by David Premack (1978). A case study design was adopted. Abstract: Cohesive harmony was first proposed by Halliday &Hasan (1985) and was meant to be a measuring device of textual coherence. The relationship of cohesion and texture is very close. And A Dream in Red Mansions is the very classical work. There're many kinds of analysis of it. However, the analysis of it from the perspective of cohesive harmony is very little. These ways are effective and can reflect the discourse cohesion. This thesis will make a tentative analysis and discussion of Wang Xifeng and Daiyu's first meeting from the perspective of cohesive harmony and try to make a better understanding of Cohesive harmony and the discourse.
