Abstract: Women and crime has lately become a broad subject of study in the fields of social work, sociology, criminology, and law. Women's criminal conduct has been a neglected subject of inquiry for decades. The woman has always been the cornerstone of the family and of society in general, according to human history. Women have been viewed as keepers of societal standards, traditions, customs, morality, and family cohesion since the birth of civilization. In every faith, women have been elevated to a place of honour. The immediate concern of the researcher is why the woman, who is regarded as the cornerstone of every family and spiritual faith, and without whose blessings the work of infusing new life into humanity cannot be accomplished, has gone astray, leaving her mark on the crime scene. Therefore this article looks into the socio-economic backgrounds of the women criminal from the perspective of the law fraternity, to understand more about the concept of women criminality.

Abstract : In every era and every country, the intellectual force is both the foundation of social progress and the core force promoting national development. From the very beginning, President Ho Chi Minh paid special attention to and always upheld the role of knowledge and the intellectual force. The rapid development of the industrial revolution 4.0 as well as the impact of the international integration process has been posing opportunities and challenges for Vietnam. Based on the content of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on the intellectual force as the basis and guideline for our Party to plan a strategy for human resource development to meet the requirements of the new situation of the country.

Abstract : The article deals with how to learn the cultural code in the legend of Vietnamese rice cakes and in folklore works. Cultural code is used to interpret, understand folklore works and affirm the cultural beauty of the nation through each folklore work.

Abstract : This paper examined issues of equity and quality in information and computer technologies in the Nigerian education system. Subsequently, matters pertaining to equity and quality education were discussed. It was observed that equity has to do with the fact that quality education is provided for students through adequate provision and equitable distribution of ICT facilities and resources to teachers and students, provision of training services, equitable provision of electricity, internet and web services in schools in the urban and rural areas through accessible roads. Abstract : The paper will analyse Russia's proposals for new security architecture in Europe. It assesses the demands of the Russian side. The main assumption of the paper is that the European security architecture of 20th century has gradually died. Based on this knowledge, Russia came up with proposals how to redefine it. But the "collective West" seems to be unable to participate due to a sense of neo-colonial superiority and arrogance. It blindly insists on the status quo of the Cold War which prevents EU countries from working to establish a real common security policy independent of the US foreign policy.

Abstract : Like many countries in the world, Sudan had finally succumbed to the fate of disintegration in 2011. Looking at the fact of religion and tribal mismatching, this was never a newly unexpected event. Because it had already shaped a story of several other countries from different parts and continents of the world. Identities and regionalism forced themselves in domestic politics of Sudan, and thrived for so long. Throughout its modern history, neither religious nor tribal sentiments abstained off their notorious popularity in shaping the future Sudan. This paper concludes that the asymmetrical background of the two regions in one hand, and the overarching power to control by the Northern region, account for disparity, wider gaps, political and economic marginalization.
