Abstract : This paper mainly highlights about the educational status of Savar tribal community in Jhargram Municipality of Jhargram district of West Bengal. In addition to the educational status of students, and gender based educational status is also shown in this paper. Data was collected through household survey, interview and different secondary sources like books, journals, reports, Internet etc. The researcher takes 43 household surveys, where included 180 Savar people from selected three village area. The names of the villages are – Sirischak, Satyabanpalli and Chandbila.

Abstract : Background: The main problem in this study is how the survival strategy of the fishing community of the Bajo tribe in Rajuni Village, Taka Bonerate District, Selayar Islands Regency is. This study aims to determine the social relationship in the fishing community of the Bajo tribe to maintain life in Rajuni Village, Taka Bonerate District, Selayar Islands Regency, and the efforts made by Bajo fishermen to survive. Materials and Methods: This research is a qualitative descriptive study, namely, research that seeks to collect and explore data, both in words and in writing from the people observed to obtain the necessary data and then process and analyze it.........

Abstract : This study explains the counter terrorism optimization through the role of Aceh regional government of Indonesia. This study uses a mix methodology, i.e. normative method with a statutory, a conceptual and a comparative approach; and empirical socio-legal approach. The results indicates that the optimization of the role of Aceh government in countering terrorism can be carried out by resolving the root causes of terrorism such as social and economic inequality and violence caused by conflict. Such issues then combining with Islamic law and customs approach, and collaboration with the National Counter Terrorism Agency (BNPT) as the leading sector.........

Abstract : This article begins with a critical look at the issue of Religious and theological training of African votaries, priests, priestesses, herbalists, diviners rainmakers, and so on. The argument whether African votaries are trained theologically constitute the thesis of this paper. African indigenous professional votaries received a divine call either from the Supreme Being, divinities or ancestor to function as professional votaries. The articles posit that there are two types of priest, the lay priests and the professional priests. The lay priests or priestess is the head of the family or compound. He or she officiates at the domestic ancestral shrines, where he leads he house hold in making offerings, liberation and prayers. Abstract : This research aims to establish the link between human resource management practices and employee retention in Embu County Government. The goal of this research are to examine the impact of training on employee retention in Embu County Government, to determine the effect of compensation on employee retention in Embu County Government and to examine the effect of work-life balance on employee retention in Embu County Government. Abstract : Familial exudative vitreoretinopathy (FEVR) is a rare vitreoretinal disorder of hereditary origin most often of autosomal dominant transmission. We report the case of a girl presenting to the consultation for a decrease in visual acuity since childhood and whose examination found a FEVR of the right eye.

Abstract : Diabetic retinopathy is among the most frequent and disabling complications of diabetes, thus constituting a real public health problem. The aim of our work is to clarify the epidemiological aspects of diabetic retinopathy and to determine the risk factors for the onset and aggravation of this pathology. It is a prospective study involving 300 patients over a three-year period between January 2019 and January 2022.
The average age of our patients was 37 years, the majority of whom were type II diabetics (87%). The average duration of evolution was 13 years. Non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy is the most common form (71%). The risk factors for the onset and aggravation of diabetic retinopathy are mainly represented by the duration of the diabetes and its type. The management of diabetic retinopathy is difficult, especially in the late stages of the disease, which requires preventive treatment and collaboration between general practitioners, diabetologists and ophthalmologists........
