Abstract: Background:
Job mobility is the change of occupation or job. An employee may switch to a different job or grade within the same or a different occupational field. The average person can expect to change careers several times in her/his lifetime. The extent of job mobility is indicated by the number of workers who change occupations over a given period of time. People do not usually have the same capacity to change careers in the midstream. It sometimes takes more of an effort.....
