Abstract: Beedi manufacturing is the biggest cottage industry in India which requires an intensive labour force. It is very popular among the people of weaker economic class in our country who don't have adequate education and skill to look for alternate job .Beedi rolling is mainly preferred by women because it can be carried out at home along with domestic chores.
