Abstract: In Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), there is an inflammatory process due to lipotoxicity resulting in macrophage balance imbalance in the liver. Impaired balance of liver macrophages causes IL-10 production is decline, whereas the function of IL-10 is to repair hepatocellular damage. Through this research, we will study the role of cytokines, especially IL-10 as anti-inflammatory cytokines and laboratory abnormalities, especially liver enzymes and lipid profiles in relation to the pathogenesis and development of NAFLD so that it can be a non-invasive parameter to assess NAFLD severity. Aim. To determine association of serum Interleukin 10 level with NAFLD and other marker associate with NAFLD. Methods. Cross-sectional study.......

Abstract: In the Special Distrik of Yogyakarta (DIY) the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is 25 per 1000 live births, a common cause of infant mortality in DIY is the weight of low birth weight babies (LBW) and sepsis. Most LBW is found in Sleman Regency. One of the treatments for LBW is to take care of the kangaroo method. Problems that often occur in the field, postpartum mothers who have taken kangaroo mother care (KMC) classes do not do KMC again after home. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mentoring on postpartum mothers with LBW babies (dismature) at home on improving maternal skills in conducting KMC after participating in KMC classes.........

Abstract: Background: Hemiplegic cerebral palsy (HCP) results from damage to the cortico-spinal tract and other developing pathways resulting into impaired hand dexterity, leading to developmental nonuse affecting daily self-care activities and school activities. According to motor control, sensations modulate the movement. Impaired sensations negatively impact on acquisition of skilled movement. Aim: To determine the relation between cortical sensations and fine motor skills in children with spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy. Design: Cross-sectional study........
