Abstract: Considering the theoretical assumptions of the job demand-resources model (Bakker & Demerouti, 2007) suggesting that resources are not only necessary to deal with job demands, but they also are important in their own right as earlier supported by Hackman and Oldham (1980) job characteristics model, this cross-sectional survey investigated the moderating roles of job characteristics in the relationship between job stress and job involvement among nurses in Enugu urban. One hundred nurses comprising 94 females and 6 males between the ages of 25 to 60 years (M = 33.42, SD = 9.45) were sampled using multi-stage sampling (cluster and purposive sampling techniques). Abstract: Background: AIDS is an international health and fatal drawback. Irrespective of development in diagnosis, prevention and management, HIV/AIDS is closing a critical public health concern. Aim: to evaluate the effect of AIDS education program on nursing students' knowledge, attitude and practice. Setting. Studywas conducted at collage of nursing at University of Port Said, through a quasi-experimental research design with pre-post assessment. Sample. Abstract: Background: The majority of dialysis patients complain from restless leg syndrome and how it negatively affects their sleep causing sleep disturbance and insomnia. Aim of the study: to evaluate the effect of sleep hygiene measures and home remedies on minimizing the insomnia and restless leg syndrome. Subjects and Methods: Design; A quasi - experimental (pre/post-test) research design was utilized. Setting: The study was carried out in the hemodialysis unit at Assiut University Hospitals. Sample: The total number of the hemodialysis patients was (356 patients) the assessment conducted on about 50% (180 patients) while sleep hygiene measures and home remedies applied on (90 patients). Abstract: Aim: This study aimed to compare between children with diplegic and hemiplegic cerebral palsy(CP)in body mass index(BMI), gross motor functional level and quality of life (QOL) and to determine the relation between the functional level,QOL and BMI. Abstract: Pneumonia is still an infectious disease that causes death of many infants in either Regency or City of Ambon. The low quality of home physical environment factors is one of the main causes of this disease that become a dangerous threat for toddlers in Ambon Regency / City. This study aims to find out the correlation of house physical environment factors with the incidence of infants pneumonia of Community Health Center in Sirimau District in Ambon City in 2017. The design of this research uses a case control (retrospective study) with 62 subjects. Data collection is done through direct observation and check list tools. The results showed the type of house floor (OR=7,667), walls condition (OR=15), ventilation width (OR=5), residential density (OR=4,2), humidity level (OR=6,12), and light intensity (OR=10,714) are the risk factors of the infant pneumonia in working area of community health.....
