Abstract: Background: Despite improvement in coverage of institutional deliveries and skilled birth attendants, India has missed its Millennium Development Goal to reduce Maternal Mortality Rate. In order to increase access to primary care services and to lower the maternal mortality rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality rate (IMR) the Independent Nurse Practitioner (INP) is one of the best solutions. Aim: to assess the opinion of doctors, nurses and key informants regarding Independent Nurse Midwifery Practitioner (INMP) and to determine the association of opinion score of doctors, nurses and key informants with their selected demographic variables......

Abstract: Background: Bangladesh has experienced an influx of refugees several times from 1992 to 2017. It is estimated that about 700,000 Rohingya refugees have fled over to Bangladesh following violence in Myanmar's Rakhine State on 25 August 2017. A greater number of diseases like unexplained fever, acute respiratory infection, acute watery and bloody diarrhea, cough and COPD related complications predominantly occurred as a result of that huge scale of Rohingya influx. Objective: To date, very few.......

Abstract: It is now widely acknowledged that breast feeding is the optimal feeding method for infants. Breast milk is the ideal food for infants' health and development. The protective effects of breast feeding are abundantly clear in developing countries. Mothers with diabetes are less likely to partly or exclusively breast feed their infants than mothers without diabetes. Diabetes bring many challenges for those mothers so pediatric and obstetric nurses have a crucial.......

Abstract: Purpose: Research strongly supports the use of structured debriefing in nursing simulation because it fosters meaningful learning and promotes the use of critical thinking, cognitive skills, and collective reflection among nursing students. Although there is a wide spectrum of strategies to debriefing in the literature, research into the best design of structured debriefing to maximize students' learning outcomes have been substantially unexplored. There is substantial need for research on the most effective strategies of structured debriefing because learning outcomes are determined by the.......

Abstract: Schizophrenia is a disabling, chronic psychiatric disorder that affects a person's thinking, language, emotions, social behavior, and ability to perceive reality accurately. Schizophrenia is associated with a significant and long-lasting health, social, and financial burden, not only for patients but also for families. The care givers provide day-to-day care, supervise medication, take patient to hospital and tolerate the behavior of patients. The caregivers' sleep quality is often an under-recognized and undertreated problem that may con-tribute to negative health consequences. This study was conducted to assess the sleep quality among the primary care givers of patients with schizophrenia. 100 primary care givers were selected using Systematic random sampling method. Abstract: Non-communicable diseases are the major cause of morbidity and mortality globally. Studies have shown that cardiovascular diseases are the main cause of lost hours from work globally and that the prevalence of cardiovascular disease is rising in populations without the traditional risk factors for developing cardiovascular disease. This rise in prevalence has been shown to have a close association with the intrauterine milieu of the affected persons which back then turned out to be appropriate adaptive responses. From the epidemiological studies and hypothesis formulated by Dr. Barker 2 decades ago about Developmental Origin of Health and Disease (Fetal programming), these adaptive responses may help explain......
