Abstract: Background: Various research works emphasise on the need for leadership of health institutions to ensure there is a quality working environment for the physicians, implementing new simulations of care to the patients and to improve the situation of health and wellbeing through improving the nursing conditions. However, these studies fail to show how the enactment of the various leadership styles needs to be. Abstract: Title Of Study : Peak Expiratory Flow Rate Measure Among Community Dwelling Elderly Rural Population Investigator : Miss. Mishra Ashwini Vidyasagar Guide : Dr Shyam Ganvir, Principal, DDVPF'S college of physiotherapy Introduction : PEFR is a widely used ventilatory function test that is defined as the maximum rate at which air is expired by a subject after a deep inspiration. The peak flow meter helps to assess the airflow through the airways and thus help to determine the degree of obstruction among them1-2. Normal peak flow rates vary according to age, height, and sex. However, a patient's normal score should be within 20% of a person of the same age, sex, and height who.......

Abstract: The foot has 3 arches- medial and lateral longitudinal arches and transverse arch. For functions of foot like shock absorption, weight transmission and to act as a lever for propelling the body forward during locomotion, the structure and dynamicity of foot arches area unit are essential. Flat foot is often a composite disorder, with numerous symptoms and ranging degrees of deformity and incapacity. Flexible flatfoot is one of the most common forms of flatfoot. If left untreated, foot deformities can lead to abnormal spinal curvature, postural problems like tibial medial rotation, pelvis shifts anteriorly with increase in lordosis as COG shifts anteriorly, slower walking speed, uneven plantar region pressure distribution, problem in winding up daily activities, associate augmented risk of falling............

Abstract: Preconception care is the provision of biomedical, behavioral and social health interventions to women and couples before conception occurs. Preconception care, as part of the national policy framework, is recognized as an important contributor to non-communicable disease prevention and control. Non improvement in maternal and neonatal health indicators in Kenya has been associated with poor access to skilled attendance throughout the continuum (preconception included) of care. Managers and policy-makers often have difficulty assessing whether necessary human resources, capabilities and processes are in place for the successful development and implementation of strategy, change or innovation. This lack of awareness threatens success and sustainability of new initiatives like preconception care.......

Abstract: Preterm birth is infant mortality which results in long-term disabilities includes meningitis, mental retardation, visual impairments for a preemie. The earlier the arrival of the baby, the longer the baby stays in the Intensive Care Unit and might also result in a bad immune system. Predicting a preterm birth for a mother at an early state is difficult even for the well-experienced gynecologists. The existing system detects only the fetal state of the mother at the later stage using pure medical approach. The proposed system takes a machine learning approach which includes clustering, classification, etc.., to find factors involved in causing premature baby for a mother to predict it........
