Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the deixis used in The Baby Boss Film which is produced in 2017. Later, this research also tried to find which kind of deixis as the dominant used in the script of the baby boss script. The design of this research was descriptive qualitative which the subject was the script of the baby boss movie which is downloaded from the internet. Before the script was analyzed, the researcher also downloaded and checked whether the script appropriate or not to the film. Then, the researcher analyzed the script, analyzed the deixis used in the script relate to 3 types of deixis that discussed by Yule in His Pragmatics Book, classified the deixis used to determine the frequency of deixis and calculated the data into percentages. The result demonstrated that there were 3 kinds of deixis used by the script of the baby boss movie that can be categorized into 91.97% person deixis, 6.77%......

Abstract: Introduction: This research addresses aspects of the legal vacuum in the case of evidence grants at the investigation level, provided that the Code of Criminal Procedure does not explicitly and implicitly control the grant process at the investigation level before the court's decision to acquire permanent legal force. Research Methodology: The method used in this research is empirical juridical research. The research approach used in this study is the statute approach and the conceptual approach. Abstract: This study aims to explain and analyze and discover the nature of law enforcement of narcotics abuse crimes for children, explain and analyze and find the effectiveness of law enforcement against narcotics abuse for children and find factors that influence the effectiveness of narcotics abuse law enforcement among children in the province South Sulawesi. The type of this research is socio-juridical research or including descriptive research with a non-doctrinal approach, which views the law as socio-empirical symptoms observed in experience. For this reason, law is not only examined from its normative aspects, but also by law as in reality, the method used is descriptive research with the type of merging between normative legal research and sociological legal research related to the implementation of law enforcement of narcotics misuse on children.

Abstract: This study provides a systematic review of published researches on the Servant Leadership on the Employee Job Satisfaction. To achieve this objective published research works were search and selected in December, 2019 from four academic databases: Science-Direct, Scopus, Web of Science and Google scholar, with the search terms as "Servant Leadership", Job Satisfaction", "employee job satisfaction" and Servant Leadership & job satisfaction‟ there was no restrictions at initial stage. At the end of the selection process, 10 published works between 2014 to 2019 were evaluated. The analysis of the reviewed studies was done based on the stated objective. The results showed that, the provided a concrete evidences on the existence of relationship between servant leadership.....

Abstract: Scaling-up Pulse Innovations for Food and Nutrition Security (SPIFoNS) Project was a development orentied action reseach conducted by Hawassa University, Ethiopia and University of Saskatchewan, Canada. One of the purposes of the project was to attain women empowerment by increasing thier participations in pulse agricuture and nutrtion interventions. Diversifed gender taininings were designed to achieve the empowerment developmet outcome. Qulitative and quantitative data collection were carried out to meaure and explain the differnt ouctcomes. The findings indicate that women visiblity has increased by half after the interventions. Similarly, women statarted to get access and control of household resources, which were supposed to be exlusive domian of the men in the communities. This development research made it clear that social norms are filixiable if they are followed by approariate intervention strategies. A joint ventuture between development practitioners and academia has immenence potential to trasform gender norms in communities.

Abstract: Globalization is widely spread phenomenon which has brought many changes and development in all fields of social work practice. Industrial social work is a practice field concerned with the welfare of industrial workers. It has vast scope for social work practice and great opportunities but because of insufficient competence and effects of globalization social workers faced problem in getting in to the field. Hence the objective of the study is to analyze the influence of globalization on social work practice in Industries. The paper is based on secondary data. The finding of the paper is shows that there is a positive influence on social work practice in industries. As globalization influence on productivity, global marketing and other international phenomenon,that creates demand for social work practice in industries. Globalization help social worker in understanding, critical analysis, wisdom in knowledge side but in operational and implementation of knowledge should be based on local perspective for successful Social work HR practitioner in industries.

Abstract: The concept of prebendal politics has emerged as a concern in the development process of many nations. The principles and practice of prebendal politics undermines the norms, values, principality and credibility of good governance as a result of individual and group interest. These interests have negative effect on national development. In Cross River State, prebendal politics has become a bane in development as selfish political interest is dominant in appointment into public offices, award of contracts, citing of projects and so on. This explains why the state is not making significant progress in terms of development. Abstract: Background: The dwindling performance of banks in Lagos State, Nigeria have been a major concern to stake holders and efforts are being made to halt the deterioration. Executive mindset has been identified as part of strategies to change the fortunes of these banks for better. The changing dynamics of the environment has thrown many challenges at the deposit money banks including declining profitability which has curtailed their capacity to grow and meet intended targets. The study investigated the relationship between executive mindset and organisational profitability. Methods: The study adopted cross sectional survey research design. Abstract: A high level performance in basketball not only requires certain physical qualities like speed, endurance, explosive power, agility etc. but also a good physical structure. Under modern conditions especially related to training for sports and games with a focus on superior performance, adequate importance is given to the physique and body build of each athlete there for it is evident that the body build popularly known as "Physiolognomy" gets primary attention at the time of the selection of players for games and sports where superior competition is involved.
