Abstract: Purpose of the study:Indonesia's tourism sector is currently developing rapidly and has made a positive contribution to the industry, so that it can have an impact on all parties involved in the skilled management of the sector. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze the marketing mix on visitor satisfaction, identify and analyze the quality of service on visitor satisfaction, know and analyze the return visit loyalty marketing mix, identify and analyze the quality of service on return visit loyalty, identify and analyze visitor loyalty satisfaction. Return visits, recognizing and assessing the return visit loyalty marketing mix mediated by visitor satisfaction, and deciding and analyzing the level of service on return visit loyalty mediated by visitor satisfaction.

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to examine the participatory theory in social transformation on environmental land use conflict on hostel construction among communities within Karen. The study was guided by the following specific questions: What are the key lands stakeholders among the Karen communities, what are some of the issues which are associated to environmental land conflict and what are the challenges associated to application of participatory theory as an approach to social transformation? The study adopted participatory theory in social transformation as an interactive approach for analysis with the help of case study approach. The case study focuses on qualitative approach which encompasses general review of literature which was related to engagement by the stakeholders. The case study is relevant as it considers effective and in-depth information regarding the land conflict phenomenon with stakeholders. Abstract: India: From Midnight to the Millennium is an extraordinary piece of work that can fit into any scheme of things. It can be termed as a history, seen as a political work and also viewed as a cultural compendium. Such a work fascinates the audience with a lot of complex issues pertaining to India and its development. One defect that is glaring as far as Tharoor is concerned is the repetition that is prevalent in all his works. Certain segments get repeated again and again as his themes do not differ much from work to work. Every work that he deals with is related to the nation and naturally there are issues that need to be mentioned and discussed repeatedly. Abstract: Background: This study aims to analyze and evaluate the existing Village Fund policies in Soppeng Regency. The focus of this research was carried out in six villages based on the current village status (2 underdeveloped villages, 2 developing villages and 2 advanced villages). This type of qualitative research used descriptive method with a phenomenological approach. The focus was analyze the extent to which Village Fund was applied to know the determinant factors that affect, and to explain the contribution of the Village Fund program in realizing independence. The results of the study showed that the implementation of Village Fund in Soppeng Regency is dominant by programs and activities in the Development Sector rather than in the Community Empowerment Sector, there is a consensus. Abstract: Tourism is one of the largest industries of the world today. Many nations rely on this industry as a primary source for generating revenue, employment, private sector growth and infrastructure development. It plays a key role in development, prosperity and well-being of a nation. It's increasing demand and provisions for relaxation and peaceful environment makes it one of the most important industries. The study area is Kovalam, which is one of the famous beach destinations of Kerala located in Thiruvananthapuram district. This paper analyses the major attractions around Kovalam and the tourists' perception regarding various facilities available in the destination.

Abstract: Despite the critical popularity of the "L[C]DS", only a handful of war poetry scholars have holistically studied the first World War poetry. That is why it is not that easy to put many war-poetry scholars in the league of the "L[C]DS" critics of war poetry, such as K. D. Laird, N. Markotic, S. Das, D. T. Mitchell, J. Kazantziz, P. Hunt and J. Anderson. Laird, while critiquing Wilfred Owen's 'disabled' form of the perspective of L[C]DS, has not gone beyond the issues related to physical impairment in Owen's war poetry. The aim of this neo-historicist study of first World War poetry, in general, is to prove that first World War poetry in English is immensely amenable to be studied from the perspective of "LCDS" because of the prominence given to the Icarus syndrome by most of the broken heroes and ineffectual.
