Abstract: Marriage is a legalized sexual union between a man and a woman. In India the marriage is considered a sacrament but recently with the social changes. The "adjustment" is an adequacy of personal and interpersonal Processes that we use to adapt to our environment. There is no way to define a good or a poor adjustment without the use of certain basis that we and others have for what represents appropriate behaviours.. Abstract: The performance of health employees emerged as a consequence of community demands for excellent health services, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the performance of health workers must continue to be improved to contribute professionally in efforts to prevent and control COVID-19 in society. Abstract: This article has two objectives. On the one hand, to analyze All That Is Solid Melts Into Air in depth in order to provide an overall summary of Berman's work, as well as his life, without which all that surrounds it is difficult to understand. Abstract: The study examined the extent principals use transformational leadership practices for goal achievement in secondary schools in Oye L.G.A., Ekiti State, Nigeria. Four research questions and one hypothesis guided the study. The study adopted the descriptive survey research design. The population of the study comprised 912 teachers and principals of the 16 secondary schools in Oye Local Government Area, Ekiti State. The sample size of the study was 240 respondents. An instrument with 24 items was used for data collection. The instrument was a self-structured questionnaire titled "Principals' use of Transformational Leadership Practices for Goal Achievement Questionnaire (PTLPGAQ)". The instrument was validated by three experts. Data collected were analyzed using mean and standard deviation to answer the research questions, while the hypothesis was tested using the t-test statistics at 0.05 level of significance. Abstract: This study sought to establish the influence of verbal communication on academic performance of learners with hearing impairment (HI) in inclusive settings in Migori County. The study was anchored on the Total Communication Theory by Holcomb of (1967). Descriptive survey design was employed in this study. The targeted population consisted of 10 head-teachers, 80 teachers and 90 learners in primary schools in inclusive settings in Migori County. The study sampled 10 head-teachers, 66 teachers and 73 learners who were selected using proportionate simple random sampling procedure. The data was collected using semi structured teachers and learners questionnaires head teachers interview guide and learners observation checklist. Abstract:Background: The purpose of the study was to examine head teachers' instructional supervision practices that influence pupils' KCPE performance in examinations in Lower Yatta Sub-county, Kenya. The two objectives were; to establish the extent to which head teachers' checking of teachers' professional documents preparation influence pupils' KCPE performance in public primary schools and to examine the extent to which headteachers' demographic variables influence pupils' KCPE performance in public primary schools in Lower Yatta Sub-county, Kitui.
Materials and methods: Instruments used were questionnaires, focus groups discussion guide and document analysis guide. Data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics and presented in tables.
