Abstract: Cooperatives have been seen by the Government of Rwanda as appropriate vehicles for agricultural development and socio-political change, but also and most importantly as a means of reducing poverty. Abstract: Many academics have defined leadership. There is an organizational definition for military leadership as well. A military leader needs to have specific qualities in order to influence those under him and guide them towards the intended outcome in both peace and war. The military leaders are able to achieve ultimate success by practicing and instilling those skills. Therefore, in order to accomplish the organizational goal and to prepare for future leadership, military leaders need to understand the fundamentals of military leadership. In light of this, the theory of military leadership and its fundamentals—such as thriving attributes for military leaders, giving subordinates the right perspective, influencing others' actions, and effective communication skills will be covered in this paper.

Abstract: A presente pesquisa objetivou analisar os fatores desencadeadores e as intervenções não farmacológicas utilizadas em relação ao esgotamento profissional entre profissionais da saúde de um hospital público brasileiro. A pesquisa foi caracterizada como do tipo exploratória de abordagem qualitativa. A coleta de dados envolveu a aplicação de entrevistas em profundidade com treze profissionais. Após a análise dos dados, por meio da técnica da análise do discurso, constatou-se uma convergência nas percepções dos profissionais de saúde sobre os fatores desencadeadores e estratégias de enfrentamento do esgotamento profissional. Abstract: A pesquisa analisou os desafios e oportunidades enfrentados pelos professores na formação continuada durante o ensino remoto emergencial remoto. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa exploratória, descritiva e de abordagem qualitativa com quinze professores de uma escola pública de um município brasileiro. A coleta de dados envolveu a aplicação de entrevistas semi estruturadas. Os resultados evidenciaram a gravidade das dificuldades devido à falta de infraestrutura tecnológica adequada, afetando a participação em programas de formação continuada e a qualidade das aulas remotas, além da sobrecarga de trabalho ao conciliar atividades presenciais e remotas. Abstract: Dados da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Ariquemes (SEMSAU) Ariquemes apontam um grande percentual de adolescentes grávidas na faixa etária de 10 a 19 anos, cruzado com a idade de acesso à Educação de Jovens e Adultos – EJA, é possível que essas jovens estejam inseridas nesta modalidade de Ensino. Neste contexto, este artigo se insere com a proposição de apresentar a possibilidade de se implantar um ações pedagógicas que abordem a temática da Educação Sexual nas Escolas Municipais de Ariquemes. Abstract: O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar sobre a prevalência do burnout entre profissionais de saúde, além de sua percepção e adoção de intervenções não farmacológicas para enfrentar essa condição. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória de abordagem quantitativa, a qual foi realizada com 75 profissionais da saúde. Os resultados revelaram uma representação diversificada de profissões na amostra, englobando médicos, enfermeiros, técnicos de enfermagem, psicólogos, fisioterapeutas, entre outros. A análise dos sintomas de burnout evidenciou sua significativa prevalência, destacando a necessidade de medidas preventivas e intervencionistas.
