Title | : | Environment Conservation In Ancient India |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Dr Renu Tanwar |
Abstract: In Modern Days Environmental Science And Ecology Is Subject Of Modern Science In Which We Study Environment And Its Constituents. Environmental Degradation As A Phenomenon Can Also Be Defined As Deterioration Of The Earths‟ Natural Surroundings, As A Result Of Excessive Exploitation Of The Available Resources. The Natural World Has Been Totally Altered By The New And Improved Methods Of Production. Present-Day Mankind Is Being Confronted By Serious Crises Due To The Depletion Of Natural Resources And Environ-Mental Degradation Causing Great Damage To Human Sensibility, Man‟s Harmonious Relation-Ship With Nature......

Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Dr Mohd Abid siddiqui |
Abstract: There are 2.68 crore persons with disabilities in India who constitute 2.21 percent of total population. The percentage of disabled population in rural and urban areas is 2.24 percent and 2.217 percent respectively. This includes persons with visual, hearing, speech, locomotors, mental disabilities and multiple disabilities. The percentage of men with disabilities is 2.41 as against 2.01 in women (Census, 2011). Their literacy level and access to education is much lower as compared to the non-disabled population. The census of India estimated that 51 percent of persons with disability were not literate;.............

Title | : | Using DIR- Floor time based program to promote attachment behaviors in children with Autism Spectrum Disorders |
Country | : | Egypt |
Authors | : | Alshaimaa M. Salman |
Abstract: This study aimed to promote secure attachment behaviors with DIR/ Floor time based program in children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Study sample included (7) children from a kindergarten of special needs whom diagnosed as children with ASD. Study tools were Psycho- Educational Profile – Revised (PEP-R) prepared by Schoppler et al.,1990, Child Attachment Behaviors Questionnaire (CABQ), and DIR/ Floor time based program which are both prepared for this study. The findings indicated that children with ASD (study sample) had insecure attachment behaviors (avoidant and resistant- ambivalent) and not disorganized – disoriented attachment behaviors. Results showed that DIR/Floor time based program was statistically significant (at 0.05) to promote secure attachment behaviors and was effective to release autism in study sample from severally autistic to mildly moderately autistic.
Keywords: Attachment, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Developmental Individual Relationship (DIR), Floor time.

Title | : | Changing pattern of settlement structure in rural West Bengal |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Falguni Dey || Sukla Bhaduri |
Abstract: Temporal effect over spatial dimension has been a long standing issue for the geographers to study settlement pattern both in rural and urban areas across the world. Rural areas are always the area of the masses whereas urban areas are the area of a relatively smaller number of population. Over the period of time, a little or no change has taken place in the rural areas which are nevertheless the pivotal areas for policy making and its execution. On the other hand urban areas are growing both horizontally and vertically in every aspects of human welfare. Census of India has categorised population size into various classes to understand the population growth pattern in various decades. This has resulted in to VII classes of various population sizes along with number of villages and total population under individual classes. The authors in this endeavour have attempted to analyse the changing pattern of rural settlements in West Bengal.
Key words: population growth, regional disparity, rural service centre, rural structural change, village size.

Title | : | Family Expressed Emotion In Relapse of Alcoholism |
Country | : | Kenya |
Authors | : | Githae || Eunice Njango |
Abstract: Alcoholism is a family illness that requires treatment of the whole family, because recovery after rehabilitation seems mostly achievable when both the individual and their family are involved in relapse prevention. While studies have demonstrated that the family plays an important role from the diagnosis to treatment of alcoholism, few studies have focused on the interpersonal dynamics of family members which would maintain alcoholism relatedbehaviors and lead to relapse. Such interpersonal dynamics include the family emotional expression (EE) and how it may relate to relapse of an individual dependent on alcohol. The relationship between family EE and the occurrence of relapse in alcoholism was examined. The study was underpinned by the Family Systems Theory to help understand how complex interactional patterns among family members were likely to maintainmaladaptive behaviors such as alcoholism. Samples were derived from populations of inpatient individuals that were addicted to alcohol (N=186) and their family members in Nairobi, Kenya.
Keywords: Expressed emotion, alcoholism, patient, abstinence, emotional over-involvement.

Title | : | Consumer Preferences for Sari Blouse and Scope for Readymade Sari Blouse |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Ruby Kashyap Sood || Dr. Suman Pant |
Abstract: The ethnic wear industry in India has grown rapidly over the past few years, presenting a variety of styles to meet the increasing needs of the modern Indian woman. The classic sari remains the most favoured traditional dress for women, and due to the increasing preference for ready-to-wear apparel, the readymade sari blouse is gaining precedence over a custom-stitched blouse. A consumer survey was conducted in Delhi/NCR to examine the blouse preferences of urban sari wearers in terms of fabric, fit and styling and ascertain scope for readymade sari blouse. A structured questionnaire was distributed to the sample and the responses were computed for statistical analysis. The consumer survey deduced the preference for readymade sari blouse by sari wearers in the age group of 20 to 40 years, keeping in view the convenience factor. The dissatisfaction with the existing readymade blouses was largely assigned to fitting and sizing problems, limited styles and garment quality.
Key words: Consumer, Fit, Readymade, Sari Blouse, Style.

Title | : | Correlation of Students' Perception after Project – Based Learning (Egg Drop Project) Intervention towards learning Physics |
Country | : | Malaysia |
Authors | : | Jeffry Juan Rosales JR || FauziahSulaiman |
Abstract: The purpose of this research was to identifythe correlation of students' perception (i.e., personal interest, sense making and effort, real world connection and problem solving perception) in learning physics after the intervention of Project – Based Learning (PBL) (i.e., egg drop project). This research was conducted in Tuaran and Kota Maruduin Malaysia. A total of thirty- eight(38) form four students (i.e., 17 male and 21 female students) were used in the study. Data used in the study were collected using the Colorado Learning Attitude about Science Survey (CLASS) – personal interest, sense making, real world connection and problem solving general Category...........
